It's been nearly a month since my last post, and lots has been happening.
> The website has been updated with information about the charity to which all of the sock monkey mum donations go, and about our trip to Kilimanjaro. There are also links to the RCOG website to find out more.
> The Rotary Club of Preston Amounderness have made an incredibly generous donation to the charity
> Several of the monkeys have been adopted and headed off to their new homes
- Hetty has travelled all the way to South Wales
- Penelope has stayed to make a home in Manchester
- Mathilda has moved to the West Midlands
- Sheila has travelled direct to the RCOG in London - and I'm told is going up in the world, with an appointment to meet the Vice President for Global Health!
Here's a photo of the original sock monkey mum posse the last time they were all together (perhaps at antenatal class), before 4 of them left for their new homes

Don't worry though, there's a new addition to the website - little Dotty - and there are more on the way! Get ready to meet Molly and Maisie who are monkeys-in-the-making.
If you want to adopt a monkey though then act fast as they are a very popular bunch - and once they are gone they are gone...
